Calling all independent choreographers, dancers, and producers! DSW is officially opening applications for Research Lab 2026—the ultimate incubator for your next dance project. If you are eyeing DSW’s Special Projects funding (or any other grant, residency, or presentation opportunity), this is your launchpad. It is designed to support your vision, on your terms.

Over four weeks, you and a cohort of peers will fine-tune your creative approach, polish your project descriptions, and build robust support materials (including budgets, timelines, and more).
